1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BelleAura Beauty Salon website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

BelleAura Beauty Salon provides beauty and wellness services including but not limited to hair styling, facials, nail care, makeup artistry, spa treatments, and bridal packages at our Kansas City location.

3. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and BelleAura gift cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Gift cards do not expire.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a complimentary redo at our discretion.

8. Health and Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause injury.

9. Personal Property

BelleAura is not liable for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged while on our premises. Please secure your valuables before your appointment.

10. Website Use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BelleAura Beauty Salon and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

BelleAura Beauty Salon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
